"I graduated from SDSU with a Master's degree in Mathematics with specialization in Statistics in December 2006, and am currently employed as a risk analyst at Fingerhut Direct Marketing in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. My main work responsibility is to use SAS and other software to build statistical models to predict and manage the risk levels of various portfolios in the business.

The Statistics Graduate Program provided me the opportunity to learn and use SAS. In addition, the theoretical courses consolidated my conception in different linear and generalized linear statistical models. The two years study at SDSU enhanced my knowledge in Statistics, and well prepared me for my current career."
