During Advising, Please Follow Closely the Instructions Below:        

1) Below are links to our EE curriculum planning sheets, also referred to as your Plan of Study (POS) sheet.  Select the appropriate planning sheet according to when you began here at SDSU.

When you have selected a link below, SAVE TO A HARD DRIVE, DON'T TRY TO OPEN the spreadsheet in your WEB BROWSER  (also, don't edit your spreadsheet in any other editor except for EXCEL).

2) Email a soft copy of your updated POS at the time you make an appointment.  Be sure it has been completely updated, including proposed class selection for the next semester.

3) Look closely at my detailed schedule and choose from any time slots (8am-5pm) not reserved and not during office hours.

4) Via email, send me three choices of three different times you would like to meet (based on my detailed schedule) and I will return a confirmation via email.                                                                       

5) After you have a sent me a copy of your most recent POS just prior to advising session, please remember to bring a hardcopy of just in case computer is down.
