About me
I have been an educator for 35 + years. I have taught 7th grade through adults.  I have worked in Family Consumer Sciences, 4-H, and Teacher Education.  I have lived in Indiana, New York, Montana, and South Dakota.  My favorite pastimes are skiing, traveling in the mountains, spending time with family, working on our little farm site with the dogs, the flowers, the garden and the horses. I love to read, share time with good friends and teach. I am married to a great guy named Otis and I have two step sons and two adopted children. Our adopted children came to the US in 2000 as 11 and 12 year olds (biological brother and sister). They have learned English well and taught me a lot about teaching and learning.
