Site Information Fact Sheet & Review (50 pts): This typed evaluation will be due at start of class or

    at the tour site.  There should be enough handouts for the entire class and instructor. An example

    of this will be given during the first week of class.  A post site review is also to be completed

    discussing risk management issues and facility design issues- negative and positive.  Sign up for

    the reviews will be during the first week of of class.

     Individual Site Evaluation Project (100 pts): Individuals are to visit a hometown or nearby

     recreation facility and complete a site evaluation form (download the form below) and give a 10-12 minute oral presentation with the findings to the class.

    Class information portfolio (50 pts): Organize a binder compiled with class notes,

    handouts, 20 site information sheets, 8 post tour site reviews, and a list of your top ten resources. 

    The binder should be well kept and include a table of contents.  Provide the binder for review

    on or before April 28.
