Hobo Day Parade 2000 The IRC marched in the Hobo Day parade on October 7, 2000. Hobo Day is SDSU's annual homecoming. Students from India, the Peoples Republic of China, and Japan marched in the parade when the outside temperature was 15 degrees fahrenheit.
