Mathematics on the Northern Plains

Undergraduate conference- you can give a talk or listen to other undergraduates give talks.  This conference rotates through several regional universities.  This year it is at North Dakota State University.

Carleton College Summer Mathematics Program for Women Undergraduates

This summer program is for talented female math students who are completing their first or second year of college.  This includes room, board, and a stipend for about a month during the summer.  Application date is February 22, 2008.

George Washington Summer Program for Undergraduate Women

A five-week (June 30-- August 1, 2008) intensive program for mathematically talented undergraduate women who are completing their junior year and may be contemplating graduate study in mathematical sciences.  Sixteen women will be selected. Each will receive a travel allowance, campus room and board, and a stipend of $1,750.

Application deadline is February 29, 2008. Early applications are encouraged.

Summer program for students planning to enter graduate school in the fall.  Pre-grad participants will receive room, board, a travel allowance, and a $3000 stipend.  Deadline for receipt of application is March 1, 2008.
