Secondary Education


The degree in Educational Administration with an emphasis at the secondary level meets South Dakota requirements for the principalship endorsement.  In order to be endorsed, individuals must have three years of verified teaching experience on a valid teaching certificate in a k-12 school, one year of which includes classroom experience or direct services to students.  

The following courses are required of all students completing their Educational Administration degrees. All except the internship and capstone are available online.  In addition, the secondary principalship program has 3 elective credits.
