This course addresses principles in developing vocational technical
education curriculum, research and development, implementation, and
evaluation at the secondary, post-secondary, and adult levels. Concepts
include, but are not limited to: design models (including competency-based
education and applied academics), trends in state and national programs,
long-range planning, and articulation between secondary, post-secondary,
and 4-year programs.
